Invite team members

SMAQ is build for agency to excel and we understand the importance of collaboration. In every project, we have implemented role-based access control.

Pre-requisite

  • User must be a Project Owner / Project Editor

Step 1: Go to Settings -> Project Management

Step 2: Invite a new member to the project

Type in the email address of your member / client and select the appropriate role for the member. Fine the role access here.

Step 3: Ask the new member to check the invitation email

The new member should receive an email about the new project invitation. If the email is not a current user in SMAQ, the user will be asked to go through the sign-up process.

You can check the status in the "Project Invitation" section. The invitation will be expired in 7 days. However, as project editor / owner, you can resend or revoke the invitation any time.

In case the new user cannot find the invitation email, please check the spam mail.
